Rules for using Sceniva AI.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using Sceniva AI, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Services Provided

Sceniva AI provides AI-assisted features, including chat, voice assistance, image generation, image analysis, scene generation, profile management, guest access, account features, and subscription-based premium features.

3. AI Features and User Content

• When you use AI chat, voice, image generation, image analysis, or scene generation, the content you submit may be transmitted to third-party AI providers to process your request.
• You must not upload unlawful, infringing, harassing, sexually explicit, hateful, abusive, misleading, or otherwise prohibited content.
• You remain responsible for the content you submit and for your use of AI-generated output.
• AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended purpose.

4. Face Data and Photo Use

If you use scene generation, image editing, image analysis, or profile photo features, the photos you provide may include your face or other facial features. We use those photos only to perform the specific feature you request, such as generating a scene, editing or analyzing an image, or displaying your profile picture. We do not use face data for identity verification, biometric identification, face recognition, or biometric template creation.

5. Accounts, Guest Sessions, and Account Deletion

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• Some features may be available through guest sessions, but account creation may be required for profile, purchase, restore, or persistent access features.
• You may request account deletion through the app where available or by contacting support.

6. Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms

• Some features are offered through auto-renewable subscriptions.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase, depending on the platform used.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

7. App Store Terms

For iOS subscriptions and purchases, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies: Apple Standard EULA. Apple and Google are not responsible for Sceniva AI support except as required by their respective store policies.

8. Privacy and Security

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how it is used, how long it is retained, and which third parties may process it.

9. No Professional Advice

AI-generated outputs are provided for informational, creative, or entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute legal, medical, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.

10. Acceptable Use

• You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use the app to violate any law or third-party right.
• You may not use the app to generate or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, or otherwise harmful.
• We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, abuse, fraud, payment issues, or violation of these Terms.

11. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that the app or any AI provider will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.

12. Limitation of Liability

• You use the app at your own risk.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the app or reliance on AI-generated output.
• We do not guarantee that AI output will always be accurate, complete, available, lawful, or suitable for your intended purpose.

13. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the app.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
